Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require long-term contracts?

We require a 90-day minimum to give campaigns a fair chance to perform, since paid search takes time to optimize and results before that window are rarely representative. After 90 days, most clients can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. In cases where we negotiate a lower monthly fee, a guaranteed term may be part of that agreement. We’ll be upfront about any commitment requirements before you sign anything.

Is ad spend included in your fees?

No. Management fees are separate from ad spend and third-party software costs unless otherwise agreed.

What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?

Tier 1 is expert-managed PPC for lead generation and e-commerce campaigns without full attribution infrastructure. Tier 2 adds call and form tracking, qualitative conversion scoring, BigQuery data warehousing, and custom Looker Studio dashboards. Do you display pricing?

Yes. Many clients start with PPC management and add attribution infrastructure as their campaigns scale and their need for clearer data grows.

How quickly can we get started?

Most PPC campaigns launch within 2 to 3 weeks of engagement. Call tracking and attribution setup typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on routing complexity and integration requirements.

What happens if performance drops?
